For the correct operation of the database is required to install Microsoft Access. If the state does not have to download two files installation Microsoft Access Run Time. On the left side, there are two links:

 - Access Runtime 1
 - Access Runtime 2

Then download a database such as 720.ade (The name of this file corresponds to a number of different versions).

 - database e.g. xxx.ade

A file containing 9887.mde local data necessary for the proper working of the database.

 - Library called 9887.mde

All these files should be stored in the same location. For example, on your desktop.
